X-Sight X-ray Services provides high resolution 3D computed tomography (CT) inspection services to all research and industry sectors, and supplies and supports x-ray CT inspection systems and equipment for quality control, research, and failure analysis.

With our extensive range of technology, intellectual property, know-how and products we are able to provide diverse solutions within a wide range of industries including: electronics, pharmaceutical, aerospace, automotive, ordnance, agricultural, mining and many more.
We provide systems that vary in size from small cabinet units to walk-in laboratories. We can offer the broadest range of nano/microfocal x-ray sources including rotating anode, transmission and reflection targets of various materials, with penetration from 30kV to 750kV. Our computed tomography (CT) systems have been used to create 3D images from the smallest area within a microchip to an ancient astronomical calculating machine. In 1996 Paul, an electronics engineer, joined X-Tek Systems (UK) designing and developing these systems. X-Tek was eventually bought by Nikon Metrology. Meanwhile Paul returned to SA in 2004 to become the sole provider of these solutions in Southern Africa.
Having been part of the original team creating this technology, Paul is the perfect person to ensure your investment is looked after and kept working.

The XT V 160 is specifically designed for use in production lines and failure analysis laboratories. With a precision joystick, system users control the 5-axis sample manipulator. In automated inspection mode, samples can be inspected at highest throughput.
